Bridal

Booking

• To reserve my services for your big day, please fill out the Bridal Styling Request Form. The request form is used to determine if I am available on your wedding date. After your submission, I will be in contact with you within 48 hours to confirm if I am available for your special day!

• Booking is based on a first come, first serve basis. A soft hold will be put on your wedding day until your contract & deposit are signed & paid. If I have another inquiry about your wedding day & your contract isn't signed, I will send you a notification giving you a 48 hour grace period to book me for your wedding.

• Once I send your contract, you will have 72 hours to sign and pay your deposit before the contract expires and the soft hold is lifted.

Contract & Deposit​

• A contract and a, $100, non-refundable deposit must be signed & paid to reserve my services for your wedding day.

• This non-refundable deposit is an agreement that the fee fairly compensates Ty Zimmerman Hair for committing to provide services and turning down other potential projects/clients. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

• This deposit will go towards your total cost.

Bridal Trial

• A bridal trial is not optional and must be booked to reserve my services for your wedding day. Bridal trials are booked 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding date to ensure that we have enough time for a second trial if need be.

• Your trial will be a 2 hour session in the salon with me. We will spend that time making sure your hair is perfect for your big day.

• Payment for the bridal trial must be made at the time of your trial appointment.

​Assistants

• Assistants may be requested/required for; parties larger than 6, or depending on time provided to getting ready.

• An additional $60/hr for travel will be added per assistant added.

​Travel Fee

• Travel fee includes $60/hr travel time
