BEADED ROW
Beaded row extensions are rows of wefts that are stitched onto a foundation of beads placed in your natural hair. ThIs is a great option if you're wanting to add some extra length or volume to your hair.

Policies
When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that pricing is on an "and up" basis and may change depending on amount and length of hair. If your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time that was reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot.
CREDIT CARDS
To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. It is my obligation to protect this information. I use GlossGenius, the most intuitive, tested, and approved POS platform for salon and studio professionals.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Please understand that when you forget to cancel/reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other guests miss the opportunity to receive service. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked, possibly, months ago.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the services scheduled.
Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me via text at 402-367-8620 with a 48 hour notice. I will connect with you within 48 hours to follow up.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service. (Illness does not excuse same day cancellations unless emergency)
NO CALL-NO SHOWS
No call-no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
TARDINESS
I have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you're running late for your appointment please text ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely in which case a no call-no show fee will apply.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Appointments made within the 24 hours of the reserved time must cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to service time or will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
REFUNDS
I DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 1 week of your service for a color adjustment.
COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within seven days of your original appointment.
APPOINTMENT TIMING
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. I want to you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often appointments can last 2-3+ hours for a color, refresh, highlight, gloss, and blowout. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact me in advance.
WARDROBE
I know you like to look cute at your appointment, and I want you to look cute too! Unfortunately getting your hair done can be an intense and messy process. I try to protect your clothing at all times the best I can, but unfortunately I cannot be responsible for any damaged clothing during your appointment.
WIFI
Yes, we have WiFi. Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, iPad or laptop with you to your appointment. I ask that all devices be used on “silent” or with headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all of the salons clients.
